The presenthtml app
presenthtml does not collect, store or transmit any personal data. There is no user account, no analytics or advertising service and no crash reports sent to us.
- Presentations are opened and displayed only locally on your Mac.
- Settings (such as recently opened files, time budget or notes text size) are stored only locally on your Mac.
- The app runs in the macOS sandbox and only reads files and folders you explicitly grant.
- The app only uses the internet if a presentation itself loads content from the internet, such as fonts or images. These requests go directly to the servers named in the deck.
Purchases through the Mac App Store are subject to Apple’s privacy policy. Apple only provides us with aggregated, non-personal sales and usage statistics.
This website
- No cookies, no advertising, no embedded third-party content. The Poppins typeface is hosted locally.
- Hosting: This website is served by Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time, page requested and browser identifier to deliver the page and protect it against attacks. We do not store any server log files ourselves. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Visitor statistics: We use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and creates no user profiles. We only see aggregated figures such as page views, referring pages and countries. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is improving the website.
- Transfer to the USA: Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Cloudflare’s data processing agreement with EU standard contractual clauses also applies. More in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
- Email: If you write to us, we use your details only to answer your request.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
